You get three free Solo games per UTC day. After using them, up to two optional rewarded videos per day can each unlock one extra Solo game.

The counter follows the UTC day, so it may reset at a different time from midnight in your time zone.

Solo is free play and works offline, without Game Center.

Daily gives everyone the same puzzle for the day. Only your first valid attempt enters the leaderboard; later replays are practice.

Duels need an Internet connection and Game Center. They have no daily commercial limit; you can keep up to three asynchronous challenges open at a time.

Open the Full screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you made the purchase with, check your connection and wait for App Store confirmation.

Full is a non-consumable purchase for Ten Pair Duel. It removes advertising offers and unlocks unlimited Solo play, complete history and full statistics.

In-app purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple Account you used for the purchase, choose Request a refund and select the purchase.

Apple will review your request under the applicable terms, without affecting your statutory rights. If a refund is granted, access to Full features will be revoked.

If you signed up on the game page, look for the Workshop Welcome Pack email, including your spam or promotions folder. It contains the App Store link and instructions to activate the bonus in the app.

The pack includes three extra Workshop entries, a guided practice match and the chance to earn the Workshop scene. It is for players who have not made an in-app purchase in Ten Pair Duel, once per Apple Account.

If you cannot find the email or activate the pack, contact us and tell us where you got stuck.

Make sure you are signed in to Game Center in your device Settings and have an active Internet connection.

After checking, close and reopen Ten Pair Duel. You can still play Solo without Game Center; duels and leaderboards require sign-in.

Availability depends on advertising consent, your connection and whether an ad is available. If a video does not load, try again later.

The extra game is granted only after you finish the video. An error or early dismissal does not consume a purchase or affect duels or Daily.

Progress, preferences and history are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app may remove them, and the app does not offer manual restoration.

Before uninstalling to fix a problem, contact support. Scores already sent to Game Center and purchases associated with your Apple Account are managed separately by Apple.
