Scope
ShiftModeler is provided by VELAWEB DI CAPPELLETTI INSERRA PAOLO under the FluxDigital brand. Store terms and the standard Store licence also apply.
Purpose and responsibility
ShiftModeler is a scenario calculator. It does not assign employees, track attendance, process payroll, or certify legal, contractual, union, tax, or safety compliance. Users must have inputs, formulas, and applicable constraints reviewed before operational decisions.
Pro and payments
ShiftModeler Pro is a one-time purchase handled by App Store or Google Play. Price, taxes, payment, and refunds follow Store procedures and mandatory applicable rights.
Licence and ownership
A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence is granted for personal or internal business use. The app, marks, graphics, text, and code remain with their owners; user-entered data remains the user’s.
